Rick Tedesco is most known for playing in Rock n’ Roll Hall
of Famer, and Alice Cooper alum, Dennis Dunaway’s solo band.
While working on material for a Dunaway album, Rick was told by
Dennis that the time had come for him to make a solo album.
Rick rolled up his sleeves and got to work. The result is a
cool, old school, crank it up loud, moody, weird and rockin’
album. The songs are the real treat here. There is no fancy foot
work, no slight of hand and no gimmicks instead, Rick just
bashes you over the skull with some trippy and dark music.
The album will remind one of early Blue Oyster Cult with a
touch of early Cooper influence. The songs grow on the listener
with every play until you start wanting this sucker in your CD
player. The opening track, “”Fireball” starts things off with a
true bang but “See You in Hell,” “Whore,” “Pain,” “Drowning,”
“Toy” and “Bottomless Well” will get under your skin in a good
way. If you still are not sure then “You” and “Church of
Sinners,” the closing songs on the album, will convince you this
is some cool shit. As if that were not enough, Tedesco brings in
Dennis Dunaway on the song “Fireball” (written by Dunaway) and
Ian Hunter on “Night is Coming.”
You won’t find this one in the stores or on the radio as real
music doesn’t make it to those outlets anymore. Do yourself a
