They Byrds created the jingle-jangle music of the
1960’s and are one of the most influential bands of

all 11 of the original Columbia albums released between

Roger McGuinn took over the band. At one time or another
the Byrds had Gene Clark, David Crosby, Roger McGuinn,
Gram Parsons and Clarence White as members of the band.

The band first became famous for making Bob Dylan
songs sound good. The albums included in this set are
Mr. Tambourine Man, Turn! Turn! Turn!, Fifth Dimension,
Younger Than Yesterday, The Notorious Byrd Brothers,
Sweetheart of the Rodeo, Dr. Byrds and Mr. Hyde,” Ballad
of Uneasy Rider and Byrdmaniax.
