That Metal Show co-host Don Jamieson has teamed
up with Metal Blade Records to release his first comedy
album. Don recorded his performance on January 30th
at Bar Anticipation in Lake Como, NJ. Jamieson grew up
in Jersey and is proud to have recorded in his home
state. Don has this to say on why he chose a Jersey
crowd, “”I'm a Jersey boy and there's nowhere better to
record my first ever live comedy CD than good old Dirty
Jerz! Malls, mullets and metal!"
Jamieson brings the same wit and ballsy-ness to his
stage show that he has shown on such shows as Meet the
Creeps and Crank Yankers. This is not a political
correct show but it is funny. Don’s show is exciting and
his delivery energetic. His material is off color but
it’s right on the mark.
Don talks about how any man looks gay if he wears
Crocs, how he turned his girlfriend into a football fan
by promising to lick her during halftime, why drinking
promotes Obama’s health care plan, pot smokers, magnum
condoms and how he is all helmet. And this barely
scratches the surface. All of this from a guy who calls
herpes just having ‘a bumpy dick.’
Rock fans will also recognize Don’s album art as a
classic reenactment of the Thin Lizzy’s Live &
Dangerous. On April 12th be prepared to
laugh your ass off while listening to stories of
comfortable vaginas, elongated nipples and doing fat
chicks.
